We examine every proposed company and will contact you if we have any queries or there appears to be a problem. The service includes:

• Electronic registration
• One emailed copy of the memorandum and articles

This is our most popular service, and ideal for a small business start up. This package provides everything required for a new company. The all-in price of €470 includes:

• Checking the company name against the Companies House index
• Electronic registration
• Six printed and bound final copies of the memorandum and articles
• One printed and bound copy of Table A
• Statutory registers completed to show details of the shareholders, directors, etc., (including completed share certificates), and in the form of a company kit with slip-case.
