This is our most popular service, and ideal for a small business start up. This package provides everything required for a new company. The all-in price of €440 includes:

• Checking the company name against the Companies House index
• Electronic registration
• Six printed and bound final copies of the memorandum and articles
• One printed and bound copy of Table A
• Statutory registers completed to show details of the shareholders, directors, etc., (including completed share certificates), and in the form of a company kit with slip-case.
• Companies House registration fee of €355.50
